The 'BLOX' node and GB7MAX

As you may have noticed, there is very little required to run a BBS. The node and BBS software run on the same pc. The BLOX picture shows the user and forwarding ports complete with all the required rigs. Note the 23cm rig for the forwarding link between GB7MAX and GB7WAL. Also showing are the 'Spirit 2' high speed TNC for the link between BLOX and GB7DN.

Note the PYE base station at the top which is the 2 meter 9K6 link. Below it are 2 - 70cm Storno's for the 9K6 links to BLOX and CORLEY. Next is the 23cm Link then the 2 and 70 1K2 User Ports. Below all that are the TNC's, then a stripped down PC running XROUTER . (Stripped down to fit in the old GB7WV Node Cabinet) Right at the bottom is a 12volt 25 amp power supply and a UPS.
